This reiki 1 training is a return to self, rooted in trauma informed care and gentle self exploration.

you'll learn foundations of usui reiki, alongside understanding how trauma live in the body through a polyvagal lens. the focus is on healing yourself first, while also learning how to safely and respectfully offer reiki to friends, family, pets, and even plants!

TOGETHER WE'LL EXPLORE SELF-REIKI, HANDS ON PRACTICE, SPIRITUAL HYGINE, CLEANSING TECHNIQUES, AND WORKING WITH CRYSTAL ALLIES TO SUPPORT ENERgETIC BALANCE.
